Sir, I write this letter not to complain but to praise!! Over the weekend my wife and I were at the Lexus dealership when I lost my head and decided to look into a newer car for my wife's birthday(60). I saw the car that I knew she would love . I spoke to a salesman about my situation, ( payment needs, amount owed on our 2005 ES and so on). He told me that after talking to the finance manager that he felt confident with this deal. I made it clear that I was not, but was willing to let him try. So Monday, after work, I drove from my home to pursue this deal. When I arrived my car was given to someone to appraise. When my sales person returned I could tell by the look on his face there was a problem. Not surprising to me. He told me that he would have to call me later to which I responded, "feel free" but I didn't feel at all comfortable.

The Great News is that as I was leaving I looked across the driveway and there it sat, your Infinity dealership so I made the call. The phone was answered promptly by a very pleasant young lady who connected me to Andy Campbell. I then began relaying my interesting day. After listening patiently to me, he very politely asked if he could call me back. He was given my home phone number, we hung up and I waited. No more than 20 minutes passed when Sean Kass called me and made it clear he was going to do his utmost to try and make this work!!!!

I drove back and began one of the most professional, pleasant car buying experiences that I can remember. Sean and his staff went way above and beyond all my expectations.

I tell you all of this because I feel that it is important that you hear about the outstanding group of people that represent you! As my experience proceeds with what Sean promised ,I have become completely satisfied with the professional that he is, and look forward to a continuing relationship with your company.(THIS IS MY THIRD PURCHASE)
