When an Infiniti owner calls the toll free number from their registered phone, they will be greeted by name by an Infiniti Personal Assistant. From information requests such as directory assistance, weather forecasts and general trivia to performing tasks on the caller's behalf, Infiniti Personal Assistant is always there!

What do I receive?

The purchaser of any new Infiniti vehicle will receive 4 years of unlimited access to Infiniti Personal Assistant. The purchaser will be able to call and receive Anything, Anytime, Anywhere.

How do I access?

Once you purchase your new Infiniti, your retail representative will register your preferred phone number with Infiniti Personal Assistant. You will receive a welcome text message and/or email with access instructions.
